1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you", "your") and 1jjbet (hereinafter "we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing all access to and use of the website located at https://1jjbet.cam and any associated mobile applications, sub-domains or services provided thereunder.

By accessing or using 1jjbet in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2 Definitions

• "Account" — the personal registered account created by a User on the 1jjbet platform.
• "Balance" — the total funds held within a User's Account, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in separate sub-accounts.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bet credits or other incentive amounts credited to a User's Account under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedures required under the Operator's compliance obligations.

3 Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the 1jjbet Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the Operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.

• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform.

4 Account Registration

To access the Services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on 1jjbet. The creation of multiple or duplicate accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide your real name, date of birth, valid email address and any other information required during registration. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility.
• Prompt reporting: You must notify 1jjbet immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Account currency: Accounts may be operated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR/Rs) or other supported currencies as made available by the Operator at the time of registration.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and age verification requirements, 1jjbet applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all Accounts. You may be required to complete KYC at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any time the Operator deems appropriate.

Documents typically required for KYC verification include, but may not be limited to:

• A valid, government-issued photo identity document — typically a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport for Pakistani nationals.
• Proof of address — such as a recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days, where required by the Operator.
• A selfie or liveness verification — a photograph of you holding your identity document or a short video confirming your identity.
• Payment method verification — evidence confirming ownership of the payment method used to fund your Account (e.g., a screenshot from your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet, or a bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah).

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 1jjbet reserves the right to suspend an Account and withhold any associated balance pending completion of KYC where fraud or misrepresentation is suspected.

6 Deposits & Payments

The following terms apply to all deposits and payments made to your 1jjbet Account:

• Accepted methods: Deposit methods available on the Platform may include familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast (IBFT), HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options (USDT, BTC). Method availability is subject to change and dependent on the Operator's current integrations. None of these payment providers endorse gambling or confirm support for gambling transactions on 1jjbet.
• Minimum deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and displayed at the time of deposit. Amounts are denominated in PKR or the Account's applicable currency.
• Funds ownership: You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account are from lawful sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used.
• No third-party payments: Deposits from payment methods not registered in your name are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.
• Processing times: Deposit processing times depend on the payment method and are not guaranteed by 1jjbet. The Operator is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Currency conversion: Where deposits are made in a currency other than the Account's base currency, conversion rates applied at the time of the transaction will apply. 1jjbet is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your Account is subject to the following conditions:

• Verification requirement: Withdrawals will only be processed to Accounts where KYC verification has been fully completed and approved.
• Matched payment method: Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method-specific rules and Operator policy.
• Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by the Operator and subject to change. Current limits are displayed within the Account cashier at the time of request.
• Processing times: Withdrawal processing times vary by method, Account verification status and compliance review outcomes. No specific processing speed is guaranteed. Mobile wallet withdrawals (e.g., via Easypaisa or JazzCash payment rails) and bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) are subject to the policies of those institutions as well as the Operator's internal review procedures.
• Bonus conditions: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Compliance holds: 1jjbet reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal pending compliance review, AML checks, or resolution of an ongoing dispute.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

1jjbet may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless superseded by the specific terms of a given offer:

• Eligibility: Bonus eligibility criteria are specified in each promotion's terms. A User may only claim a specific welcome bonus once. Claiming a bonus through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is met in full.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino and certain other products may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire within the period stated in the applicable promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: 1jjbet reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, system exploitation or any other conduct designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion.
• No guaranteed winnings: Bonuses and promotions are offered for entertainment purposes. They do not guarantee winnings, profit or any specific return to the player.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity conducted through the 1jjbet Platform. Sport-specific, game-specific and event-specific rules are published separately within each relevant section of the Platform.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are accepted at 1jjbet's discretion. The Operator reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager without providing a reason.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. A bet is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation reference within your Account. Quoted odds are not guaranteed until a bet is accepted.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) betting markets, including cricket, football and other sports, are subject to brief delay between bet placement and acceptance. The Operator may suspend or cancel in-play markets at any time.
• Void bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to, event cancellation, incomplete events, or situations where the Operator determines that the integrity of a market has been compromised.
• Errors: In the event of an obvious pricing error, 1jjbet reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to Users. The Operator is not obligated to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits may apply to individual bets or markets and are published within the applicable market rules or the Account cashier.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1jjbet Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using the Platform while under 18 years of age or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction.
• Creating or using multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing bonus restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC processes.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful or fraudulent means.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other AML-regulated conduct.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain.
• Using automated bots, scripts or other software tools to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion or match-fixing in connection with any event offered on the Platform.
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Any conduct that facilitates or encourages the illegal use of the Platform by other persons.

11 Responsible Gambling

1jjbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. All users are strongly encouraged to engage with the Platform's responsible-gambling tools, which include deposit limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion options.

Self-exclusion requests, once submitted and processed, are irrevocable for the duration specified. During a self-exclusion period, 1jjbet will use reasonable endeavours to prevent the excluded Account from being used to place wagers or claim bonuses.

12 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 1jjbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data feeds and compiled information — is the property of 1jjbet or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 1jjbet.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1jjbet, its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through wagering activity on the Platform.
• Interruptions, downtime or technical failures affecting Platform availability.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Loss of data or Account access due to circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14 Account Termination

Either party may terminate an Account at any time, subject to the following:

• User-initiated closure: You may request account closure by contacting 1jjbet support. Closure requests will be processed once all pending wagers have been settled and any outstanding verification requirements have been addressed.
• Operator-initiated closure: 1jjbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, reasonable suspicion of fraud or AML concerns, regulatory requirements, or at the Operator's sole discretion.
• Effect of closure: Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance review.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable gaming licence. By using the Platform, you submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that territory for the resolution of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services.

16 Amendments

1jjbet reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
